OUR POLICIES and GUARANTEE

All cubs receive a series of 2 killed virus shots of Rhinotracheitus, Calici,
and Panleukopenia. The Cheetoh cats and cubs do not get Leukemia shots.
This cat breed sometimes has a very bad reaction to this shot. This means
that the cubs are required to stay with us until they are at least 12 weeks
old. All of our breeding stock, both males and females are tested
periodically for Leukemia and FIV and are certified negative. They also
receive a tri-annual booster 3-way KV shot.

Our cats or cubs are NEVER caged in the small 1-1/2 to 2 cubic feet wire
cages you find in the common kitty mill. When supervised, they have the
full run of the house except when they are in heat. We have outdoor
buildings that are insulated and climate controlled.    The enclosures ("cat
condos") have provisions for water fountains, food, scratching poles, litter
boxes, and shelves for climbing and sleeping. All of our the cubs as they
are growing up spend time in our home, interacting with us on a regular
basis. This socialization process is essential for developing their
personalities and comfort with humans.   For those of you who like “under-
cover” babies, we do see that all of them get to sleep with their Tiffany care
takers from time to time. Our males are very involved in the rearing of the
cubs. If you didn't know this, the Ocicat male and now the Cheetoh male,
are the only domestic male felines that take an active part in raising the
babies. And our males do an especially fine job of socializing the little ones
and teaching them the ins and outs of human interaction. We often have
cubs of different ages interacting and it is interesting to see how careful
the larger, older cubs are with the smaller, younger ones while they teach
them the art of play and wrestling.

Normally, we feed all of our cats and cubs raw red meat periodically, cut up
into ½ inch chunks.   At the present time it is important to purchase red
meat through a local facility to ensure sanitation. Currently, the meat
supply through grocery stores may not always be safe when served raw.
Placing the raw meat in boiling water for 45-60 seconds will kill the outer
bacteria while leaving the inside raw.

We often cook up chicken to supplement canned wet food. The canned is a
quality canned food that does not contain gluten. We also provide no-gluten
dry food for both cats and cubs.

Our cubs get a serving of immune booster herbs and vitamins mixed with
wet food twice per day. You can get this new vitamin supplement from
NuVet Labs (800-474-7044 order code 31487). We add Lysine - 1 capsule
or pill ground up to 1/4 cup of this supplement - and Pau D’arco Bark
which can be acquired from Thomas Labs, phone # 623-936-8536. We
recommend giving them this herbal mixture for their first year at least but
for their whole lifetime would be better. We also give them Crisis Care Pack
which aides in digestion much like yogurt and can be purchased from
Apperon, phone #866-807-7335.

Hybrids are not your everyday cat and have more nutritional needs. The
little guys usually eat as much meat as a 12 year old human child - they
will amaze you! We typically feed in the morning and again in the late
evening. When we feed raw meat in the evening our feline folk usually go
right to sleep.

At Tiffany Cheetohs we treat our cubs as our friends and companions and
that is our number one guideline in their treatment. Our cubs go to their
new homes knowing that not only are humans the source of food but they
are also likely candidates for fun and games and nap partners as well.
They are a very social breed and require daily human interaction and
conversation.

GUARANTEE

Tiffany Cheetohs provides a 100% health guarantee for the first 5 days of
ownership for your new cubs. This gives the new buyers plenty of time to
have their own veterinarian check out the cub and run any tests they
desire. In addition, there is a 2 year guarantee for any genetic problem.
This health guarantee does not cover injuries or accidents that happen to
the cub after arriving at their new home. The cub leaves our cattery, to the
best of our knowledge, in a healthy condition. However, in the event that
the cub should be diagnosed with a simple medical problem that can be
cured easily, such as “colds”, skin rashes, etc., this would not qualify for a
replacement. Additionally, in this case veterinarian costs would not be the
responsibility of Tiffany Cheetohs. If the cub is to be used for breeding, the
guarantee is extended for 2 years for any breeding-related or genetic
problems. Should it be necessary to exercise the guarantee, the kitten will
be replaced with another kitten of the buyer’s choice - money is never
refunded. Shipping, if necessary, would not be the responsibility of Tiffany
Cheetohs.

The health guarantee will be void if FIP (Feline infectious peritonitis) shots
are given to the cubs. Also do NOT give Leukemia shots - the cubs with
wild heritage have had reactions to this shot. In addition, when the cubs,
at 5-6 months of age, are neutered or spayed, CHEMICALS MUST NOT BE
USED FOR PUTTING THE CUBS TO SLEEP FOR THE OPERATION -
ESPECIALLY KETAMINE. This can be a killer for hybrid animals!!!!! Have
your veterinarian use gas for sedation.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH TIFFANY CHEETOHS CATTERY

Cat/Kitten Selected:_______________________

This sale is subject to the following conditions and representations:

I, ______________________________, (hereinafter “Buyer”) agree to purchase the
cat/kitten described below from Tiffany Cheetohs (hereinafter “Breeder”) for
the price of $________________, the full receipt of which is payable prior to
delivery or shipment of the cat/kitten to Buyer.

Deposits: A deposit of $___________________ is required to hold Buyer’s
choice of cat/kitten for Buyer. Deposits are not refundable, but they are
transferable to another cat/kitten.     Buyer should notify Breeder
immediately if s/he wishes to have the deposit apply to a different cat/kitten
than the one originally selected.

PayPal: If Buyer wishes to make the deposit or full payment by PayPal,
Breeder must be notified so a PayPal button can be put on the Tiffany
Cheetohs website for the particular cat/kitten selected. An additional $3.00
per $100.00 will be added for using PayPal.

Forms of Payment: Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, or
Cash are accepted as payment. However, cash must be presented in
person only, never sent through the mail.

Buyer and Breeder understand and agree to the following:

1.        Breeding Rights:   Buyer is purchasing this cat (hereinafter “Cat”) as
a pet and is not purchasing breeding rights.

2.        Spay/Neutering Agreement: Buyer must provide to Breeder proof
that Cat has been spayed or neutered.

3.        Pedigree: Upon receipt of proof of spaying/neutering, Breeder will
provide to Buyer pedigree documentation and registration certificates for
United Feline Association (UFO) and The International Cat Association (TICA).

4.        Care of Cat: Buyer agrees that s/he will at all times provide Cat a
safe, clean and healthy home, including adequate food and nutrition, and
medical care/immunizations as needed.

5.        Re-homing of Cat: If Buyer wishes to re-home Cat for any reason,
Buyer will offer Breeder the option and first right of refusal to have Cat
returned to Breeder.   Breeder will not refund the purchase price of Cat or
the shipping costs. Shipping/delivery arrangements to return Cat to
Breeder to be determined.

6.        Re-Sale of Cat: It is understood that Buyer is acquiring Cat as a pet
and does not intend to re-sell Cat.   Buyer agrees not to re-sell Cat, and in
any event to not re-sell Cat for an amount in excess of the purchase price in
this agreement.

7.        Exchange of Cat: In the event of incompatibility, Breeder agrees to
offer Buyer a replacement cat/kitten of the same value in exchange for (the
original) Cat. All shipping costs of both cats will be borne by Buyer.
Medical clearance to ship Cat back to Breeder will be at Buyer’s expense.

8.        Kitten Survival: Unfortunately, hybrid kittens have a fairly high
attrition rate. Still born kittens are not uncommon, and live births
sometimes do not survive infancy. As such, Breeder will not release a kitten
to Buyer until 12 weeks of age or older to ensure the kitten is healthy when
shipped/delivered. In the unfortunate event that the selected kitten does
not survive, Buyer may select another cat/kitten of equal value. Deposits
are not refunded.

9.        Shipment/Delivery: Buyer will be responsible for the cost of
shipping Cat by air to Buyer’s location. Airfare will be payable prior to
shipment. Breeder will provide shipping case, food, medical certificate, and
rabies shot (when applicable).

In the event Buyer lives within 300 miles of Breeder, arrangements may be
made to meet Breeder half-way between residences. Or if Buyer wishes to
pick up Cat at Breeder’s residence such arrangements can be made. Buyer
will provide pet carrying case to transport Cat from delivery point. Breeder
shall provide medical certificate.

10.        Medical Records: Breeder will provide any medical records
pertaining to Cat at time of shipment/delivery, to include any veterinarian
visits, past medical conditions, medications and immunizations administered.

11.        Consultation: Buyer may consult with Breeder regarding issues of
cat ownership, health, breed, and the like, as desired. Breeder will be as
helpful as possible or make referrals for additional assistance and
information when possible.
